  • Mind Health Team

The TRUMC Mind Health Team encourages confidential, trusted sharing, using scripture and prayer, to promote healthy community and resilience during our journey together. We are guided by Ephesians 4:23: ‘to be made new in the attitude of your minds.’ As a Team Member comments: “It’s a good resource to have just knowing that you are not alone with your or your family’s mental health journey & recovery.” A great current resource the team uses is Grace Alliance. The Team meets once a month, typically on Sundays. Co-leaders are Ashley Gutschow and Mickey Hess (484-459-1455).

  • Share & Care Support for Chronic Pain

Share and Care Support Group was founded in April 2013, offering help to those with chronic illness and/or pain. We provide a listening ear in a forum in which attendees can share their experiences, feelings, and fears in support and hope for each other in a safe, confidential, faith- based environment. Meet with us on the third Tuesday of each month from 10:00am - 11:30am. For information email Karen McCarty .

  • Alcoholics Anonymous

AA meets on our campus two evenings a week: Mondays and Thursdays. Click here for more information.
